WIOC
is an abbreviation for the Wisconsin International Outreach Consortium.
WIOC's mission is to share resources and to collaboratively support
international education and global awareness.
WIOC provides resources and expertise on world areas to K-12 teachers,
post-secondary educators, businesses, the media, and the community at
large. Some upcoming events and resources include:
- Links
of interest to K-12 educators (and others!!) exploring
options to internationalize the curriculum and themselves.
- WIOC
strives to put the Wisconsin
Idea in Action. To learn more about what the UW does to
work with communities statewide visit the website;
